I’m Alice Gomez - an Empowerment Coach and Facilitator, but above all, a fellow parent navigating the joys and challenges of raising a family. As the Founder of The Virtues Crew, I’m passionate about equipping parents, carers and educators with strategies to bring out the best in themselves and their children. I help parents move beyond self-doubt and guilt, gain clarity, and take positive steps toward creating the life they truly want for themselves and their kids.
My journey into this work began years ago when I attended a parenting workshop inspired by The Virtues Project™. It completely transformed how I viewed parenting and children - helping me not only strengthen my resilience during the toughest moments of early motherhood, but also shape a more intentional and fulfilling family life. As a mum of two, I’ve seen firsthand how these strategies have positively influenced my children as they grow, learn, and navigate the world.
But my passion for personal growth and connection extends beyond parenting. With over 15 years of experience in youth work, I’ve supported countless young people in developing strengths-based strategies to build confidence, resilience, and meaningful relationships. As a former youth worker, I've witnessed the impact the empowering strategies can have on young people and families from all walks of life.
That’s why I created The Virtues Crew—to bring those nurturing the next generation together in a supportive space where we can connect and discover our strengths.
Through my years of experience, I've come to understand that parenting doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It’s hard to be the best parent you can be when life’s other demands feel overwhelming. That's why I became a certified results coach, so I can provide personalised, 1-on-1 support for parents looking to step out of survival mode and into a place of clarity, confidence, and momentum.
